Low Carb | Keto Chocolate Donuts | Taste Like Dunkin Donuts

Frankly speaking, I am little speechless to say about such an amazingI low carb chocolate donuts? You get to eat healthy low carb donuts, that are fully of delicious chocolate goodness and that are as easy to make as can be. I am quite sure that  you won’t be able to wait to eat these banting donuts.




Ingredients



  • 1/3 Cup Coconut Flour (37g / 1.3oz)
  • 1/3 Cup Sweetener [Erythritol] (65g / 2.3oz)
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder (22g / 0.8oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder (5g / 0.18oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (1.25g / 0.45oz)
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter (57.5 g / 2 oz )
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (2.5ml/0.08oz)
  • 6 Tablespoons Brewed Coffee (90ml / 3.05oz)


Low Carb Donut Glaze Option 1:


  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (5g / 0.18oz)
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sweetener [Erythritol] (45g / 1.6oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence / Extract (1.25g / 0.04oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Heavy/Whipping Cream (5ml / 0.18oz)
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Water (23ml / 0.78oz)


Low Carb Donut Glaze Option 2:


  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (5g / 0.18oz)
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sweetener [Erythritol] (45g / 1.6oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence / Extract (1.25g / 0.04oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Heavy/Whipping Cream (5ml / 0.18oz)
  • 1.5 Tablespoons of Water (23ml / 0.78oz)
  • Approximately 1 teaspoon Cream Cheese (5g / 0.18oz)
  • Approximately 2 Tablespoons Heavy/Whipping Cream (30ml / 1oz)


Instructions



  1. Simply add in all the ingredients to make the low carb donuts in a bowl and that is your low carb donut made.
  2. Preheat your oven to 175 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit.
